My desktop app wont sync with my added songs on mobile device. I have tried all of googled suggestions, both devices are online.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean that adding songs on your phone does not synchronize with your PC? Do these tracks not appear on the webplayer too? If you haven't tested that, please do so.

In the meantime, perform a clean reinstall on your phone and PC to hopefully clear out any connection issues that may be causing this and make sure everything is synced correctly.
