Offline Songs

Why can't I make songs available offline? I mean the actual song tab... So it's like a normal music library where I don't have to continusly stream each song I want to listen too. I'm not that interested in making individual playlists and having to go thru each time I find a song I like and have to add them to a playlist, I'd like to keep them all together. It seems silly that I can for playlists and not for Songs.. So an answer to this would be sick thanks

Also does anyone from spotify reply to the spotify community?
