Playlist Page Won't Load/Can't Follow Playlists

Hello! So my Spotify Playlists won't load whatsoever on the page, and an error always comes up. I'm not sure how or why it happened, but my playlists only appear on the Spotify mobile app (iOS).

I've already tried logging out and logging back in, and the same result happens. I also tried following a playlist on the home screen in hopes it would remind the browser I have playlists, but it didn't even let me follow the playlist!

I'm currently on a Mac, but the same results occur when I use my Xbox for Spotify, which is much more frequent. I have a free version of Spotify and haven't yet upgraded. I don't use the Spotify web app often, but I downloaded it to see if the same thing happens and it does. Only my mobile app works. Any help would be appreciated!
