Some song can't playing on my Desktop but playable on my Mobile

 Spotify on both is updated

 

My Question or Issue

 Song: No Fun - Golden Features Remix


can't be play on my desktop

but playable on my iPhone

 

- i am using this two device in the same country, same place

- 2 device is loging in with the same account

- some other song have this issue too

- song is not local. it's spotify.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Could you also try to update to macOS 10.14.3 :)

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

i think this is BUG

because it's heppend everytime cause by these step

 

1) Save song to library (+) using my phone

2) When open spotify on my mac, song isn't in library and can't find anywhere else even search or playlist that have this song

 

and this heppend everytime

where i can report this BUG?

Thanks for getting back to us with that info.

 

We tried those steps on our end, and everything is working as expected.

 

Since this is working on your mobile but not on your desktop, we believe there might be something up with your desktop. 

 

Can you confirm for us that you've updated your macOS to the lastest version?

i can confirm that i have update the latest version of macOS and Spotify

 

and as you tell

 

i doning those step and first time it's working fine

but second time it's not and...

 

now the problem is there's no song at all in my saved songs after i've delete spotify app and install again on both windows and macOS but in my phone song still there

 

what is happening ???

 

and let me remind the songs is not local

 

edit: problem sovled i've reset my pc and everything work fine now
