Spotify Premium Trial going down badly

I want to report that spotify is extremely slow on a mac, its really disappointing and should not be the case. Yes I know how to fix it but why should I?

The app should auto clear caches.

Bottom line is people like me will not convert to premium full time without a great service.

Import tools for spotify are really poor. itunes import does not work properly.

Bottom line is that playlists that are contained in itunes folders (like a group of playlists) like Artists which contains all the itunes smart playlists for artists in my collection doesn't import correct.

So spotify do you think these factors that have not really improved since 2013! will encourage me to become a customer, seriously be more proactive in this regard. In this age there is no excuse for poor software and features.
