Spotify app on Mac turned into desktop view

My Question or Issue

 I was recently looking at the Spotify statistics website for my account, which in turn led me to use the desktop app on chrome after clicking on a few songs. For some reason, that desktop layout has transferred over to the app on my mac and I cannot take it off or change the layout. I do not know if this is a test on a new layout or something, but it will not go away (I have restarted my computer, logged back in and out, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app). If there is any way to change back to my usual setup in settings, please let me know!

It's not possible to download or revert to previous versions of the Spotify app once it's been updated.

I'm also sorry to hear that your experience with the New Desktop app hasn't been as expected. I encourage you to head to this thread and leave your feedback there. This is being monitored by the right teams as Spotify really values your feedback and it is important for Spotify to keep improving the app and the overall experience.
