Spotify disconnects during Zoom w/ AirPods?

My Question or Issue

Why does Spotify disconnect during a Zoom meeting after connecting to AirPods Pro? I have a brand new MacBook Air and this never happened on my old laptop.  

So every time I screen share during Zoom and start Spotify, with my AirPods in, it stops Spotify.

It would be great if you can do a reinstall of the app and clean your cache to see if that's helpful. You can find the steps on how to reinstall the app here.

If that doesn't do the trick - let us know what version of Spotify you have.
