Tell Spotify NOT to play certain songs or albums

Hi,

I am looking to find out whether it is possible to tell Spotify that I don't like certain songs or albums. For example, when I ask it to play Taylor Swift's Red album, it plays the Red (Big Machine Radio) version which is full of interviews and talking - I just want the album. Is there any way to do this? It's driving me nuts.
