The Spotify Customer Support System Is A Joke

I have a problem with my Spotify that hasn't been resolved. I scroll through this forum and most other posts have the same problem. Loxer is the only person who seems to be trying to help and there is no way to contact Spotify directly. This is a joke, I just want my Spotify fixed. Why does deleting Spotify and reinstalling it again not fix it? Surely a fresh download should get rid of any previous problems but apparently not. @Spotify @spotify Are you going to do anything about this?
