My Question or Issue

I recently purchased Spotify Premium yet am unable to access local storage or any other premium features on my mac or PC, I have attempted a clean reinstall multiple times, tried on other computers, and changed from a trial to a normal subscription yet none of these have worked. Whenever I press preferences I don't have the option for download or local files.
