Why can I re-arrange playlist tracks on my iPhone but not on my MacBook anymore?

I used to be able to edit my playlist track order on my macbook as well as my iphone but now can't do the former. I used to be able to drag songs up or down the playlist on the Macbook but this function seems to have gone. Any ideas why?

Hope you're doing great!

You can still do that on your MacBook.

Just make sure to disable any playlist filters you may have applied.

As you can see I can still drag and drop. The filters are on the bar above the top song on the playlist
