for a month or two now theres been a blue rectangle highlight around search results anytime you search for something. see image. thanks!

Hi @comfortablemilk,

Thanks for the reply. 

If you mean the blue line surrounding the central field, this is essentially showing that this field is selected. You get this if you type something in the search field and then press Enter. If you click or press Tab afterwards, the blue should disappear. So this all seems to be working as expected.
