can't copy songs to a playlist like before - sometime in certain folders it works but often not

My Question or Issue

Copying of tracks/songs sometimes in different playlists and folders is not possible.

i recently switched from a family account in which I was not the account manager to a pemium duo account in which I am the manager.

At the moment I'm still in the free time, I don't have to pay until March. Is it possible that my problems are related to this? Would it work, when I pay immediatly?

I've already wasted a lot of time with the various attempts to fix the problems, it would be great if there was a solution to the problem.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you're trying to copy the tracks? Sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Lastly, does this happen across devices or only on a specific one?
