can't log into app on desktop

Hi. I'm a premium user but it won't let me log in on my desktop app. Help.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.


Also, could you have someone (like a friend or a family member) log in with their account on your device to see if it makes any difference?


Lastly, would you mind confirming if there's any error messages when trying to log in? If so, it would be great if you could include a screenshot where we can take a better look.
