sound is not playing from spotify

whenever i try to use spotify on my computer, it doesn't play the sound. this only happens when i'm using spotify, not with anything else.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

Just to confirm, did you check volume bar in the bottom right corner of the app to see if it's not muted? Additionally, check the audio panel in your computer to make sure Spotify isn't silenced.
