My Question or Issue

Where is the snooze button for songs that I don't want to have suggested for the next 30 days? You said it was available to premium users. https://newsroom.spotify.com/2025-09-05/new-user-controls-personalize-listening/

Hey @circusenvy,

Thank you for reaching out 🙂
This feature is called 'Hide Song' and it can be accessed through right-clicking a song from the playlist on desktop or by holding your finger on the song on mobile for a second or two.

We're here for you in case any further questions come to mind. Cheers!

When I click the hide song button I see a little message at the bottom, "hidden in <daylist name>". That does not sound at all like a 30 day snooze, just like it's specifically removed from just this playlist.

In the article I linked, there are two distinct features described:

Hide songs you don’t want to hear

Not feeling the vibe of a certain track? Tap the three dots at the top of the Now Playing view and select “Hide in this playlist” to skip it next time.

Snooze tracks for 30 days

Need a break from a song you usually love? The new Snooze feature, available for Premium users, lets you pause tracks from appearing in your recommendations for 30 days.

You told me about hide... but where is snooze

Thanks for the reply, @circusenvy!

Looks like you're using Spotify on your PC, where the "snooze" button isn't available yet - it's currently limited to the mobile app only. We’re regularly looking for opportunities to enhance the user experience for everyone though, so your feedback on this is greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, make sure you're always running the latest version of Spotify so you don't miss out on any updates.

The Community is here if there's anything else you need assistance with 🤘.

Hmm, thanks for explaining that. I did put my device (laptop) in my original post.

Additional feedback is that the PR team should be clear about the snooze feature only being available on mobile. But really, it should just be available across all platforms, then they wouldn't have to worry about frustrating a bunch of their users.
