Wenn ich Spotify anhöre, habe ich das Problem, dass irgendwann während der Werbung die App einen rauschenden Bildschirm zeigt. Nach der Werbung hört man dann nichts mehr. Ich kann den PC nicht mehr bedienen und muss einen hard reset am An/Aus-Schalter durchführen.
Spotify habe ich schon zwei mal deinstalliert und neu installiert, jedoch hatte das keine Änderung des Problems zur Folge.
Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme? Oder gibt es schön eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

When I listen to Spotify, I have the problem that at some point during the advertising the app shows a noisy screen. You won't hear anything after the advertisement. I can no longer operate the PC and have to perform a hard reset at the on / off switch.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify twice, but that didn't change the problem.
Does anyone have similar problems? Or is there a nice solution to this problem?
