My Question or Issue

HI sometimes when I have spotify free on playing shuffled music their are sometimes that an add will come up in the lower box in the left side of spotify and the add will not play at all and the play button will still be on in the play postion.  The only way I can get spotify to go back and start playing music is to exit out of the latest version of spotify and restart it once again.

This does not happen every time but it will happen every so often for no reason what so ever without warning.
