Add noto font to font fallback list for CJK characters

My Question or Issue

When set the Spotify App language to Japanese or English, CJK font will be using a fallback font list:

--fallback-fonts: Helvetica Neue,helvetica,arial,Hiragino Sans,Hiragino Kaku Gothic **bleep**,Meiryo,MS Gothic;

Then, CJK characters will using "Meiryo" by default (on my system, Japanese language, no external fonts are installed).

It's work, but not perfect for Chinese and Korean characters. because many Chinese and Korean characters are not provide by "Meiryo", then font will fallback to "MS Gothic".

"MS Gothic" is very ugly font.

And Microsoft is provide "Noto fonts" by default after Windows 10/11, it maybe a better choose.

Maybe we can use "Noto Sans JP / Noto Sans SC / Noto Sans TC / Noto Sans KR" for CJK users instead of "Meiryo" and "MS Gothic"
