All music disappeared after update, reinstalling doesn't help

All music disappeared after update, reinstalling doesn't help

So after the update recently all the music in the My Library seems to have become unfavorited. I looked up some of the songs I listen to and none of them are checked.

 

I've done a lot of the old tips i.e. uninstall and reinstall and log out and try using your actual username rather then the email and vice versa but none of that worked.

I think I've found the cause for that.

Maybe you're just using another account. Here's a help site for this

If this still not help here's another tip. 

Reinstall your Client/App. Guide for clean Reinstallation.

I'm embarassed to say I didn't remember that I registered the account on my school email and was using my real email.
