App crashed, downloaded files (offline) get deleted

My Question or Issue

For the past few days, the app always crashed and it made my laptop freeze. Once I started the app, allthe downloaded songs (offline) were deleted and I need to redownload the songs. This happened multiple times already and it annoyed me so much considering the files size was almost 10Gb. I'm not sure if the issues are related to antivirus (Bitdefender Total Security 2019) that I'm currently using right now which I installed last month or the Spotify app itself is really that problematic. I'm looking forward for any solution regarding to this issue.
