App won't go to the back with Alt+Tab

When spotify is open (in either fullscreen or windowed view) and in focus, alt+tab-ing does not put the window to the back. The focus changes to the other app, Firefox in this case, but the spotify app stays at the front. You have to minimize the app with the mouse and can continue on to the other app.

(Also, let us choose where the app installs to keep from clogging up SSDs, thanks)
