Artist remains in my library despite removing songs and unfollowing

There is an artist in my library I cannot remove.

In the librery there are 0 (zero!) songs of this artist. I also unfollowed this artist. So it should not be there.

But while as soon as I unfollow an artist whose songs are not in the library, it disappear from the artist list, this artist remains there.

I tried to uninstall spotify and removing all data in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify

This really bothers me.

Have you found an answer because I have the same on my account and I can't seem to find one and I can't seem to be able to contact customer support to find an answer
