My Question or Issue
I've been having an issue on PC where some artists will refuse to play from the Recently Played list. If I go into the artist's page and play from there it works fine. In the attached picture, you can see that I'm trying to play Kohh but it just never does. This only happens when trying to play the artist from the Recently Played list.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling as well as clearing the cache, etc. No change.
Please let me know the following details:
1. Exact Device (e.g. MacBook Air)
2. Exact operating system (e.g. 10.10 OSX)
3. Spotify app version installed (1.0.2)
4. Are you receiving any Error messages at all?

Can you try to log out and back in a few times to see if it helps? Also, try to recreate this issue on a different device to see if it persists.

The issue doesn't happen on either of my phones, only happens on PC.
Logging in and out changes nothing.

It does not happen with all Recently Played Artists.
It only happens if I attempt to play the artist from the Recently Played list. If I go into the artists profile and play from there, it works fine.
There is only one account on this computer, so no one else logs into it. I could make an account to test it, I guess.
Windows is updated to the latest version but again, this has persisted through updates, just like it has persisted through Spotify updates.
Could you try to use the desktop app on a different internet connection? If you don't have access to a different WiFi on the same machine, you can try tethering your phone's data plan for a few minutes to see if it behaves the same.
If this happens regardless of the internet connection, try to use a different Spotify account, it doesn't matter if it's Premium or Free to do this test. ^^

Changing internet has no effect. Changing accounts does. So I guess it's just a bug with my account?
