Availability of an album

My Question or Issue

 Hello everyone, it's my first time asking help from the community as I've never had a problem before.

I noticed that there is a group (Miss A) where I only have access to their last EP, while my sister has access to their entire discography. When she sends me the link, I simply can't play the songs while she has no problem. We're in the same country (we live together), we even have a shared spotify family plan and we don't use any kind of VPN.

I wanted to know if there is any way of reporting the issue to spotify directly so that I can get access to the full discography, or if there might be another reason why I can't access it (other than geoblocking I mean, even though we're back living in the same country).

That's odd. Could you send over the link so we can take a look? For now, you can try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps.

You can also try logging into a different device to see if you're able to see the album.
