My Question or Issue
I have a large playlist downloaded on my laptop and i wanted to move it to my pc without having to redownload it again since i am data capped so i copied the spotify downloads folder that has a lot of 2 letter folders and pasted it on the pc in the appdata local spotify storage but it didn't work, can someone tell me how to do it properly?

The only way to download songs on different devices is to do it from the app by enabling the Download switch on a playlist/album.
You can't copy over the folder, since the app writes new cache files for every device.
