My Question or Issue

Hi, since a few days i'm not able to gain connection to the spotify browse function. It is always said, that there is a connectionproblem. My Internet is working fine and i have no idea what the reason for the problem is. Everything else is working

This is an issue which we are aware of and which our tech team are working on a fix for. In the meantime, we suggest you head on over to the dedicated thread here, leave the requested information and leave a vote. We will keep you updated on our progress there.

I received an e-Mail and should follow those steps:

  1. Log on to The Spotify Community
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Click the Subscriptions & Notifications tab

Change your settings and click Save Changes

 

It fixed my Problem and it is working now. Maybe helpful for some others and you as well
