Bug - Can't rearrange playlists/playlist folders

I noticed this morning that I'm no longer able to rearrange the playlists and playlist folders in the list on the left side of the screen. I assume it's a bug and a temporary issue. Not a huge deal for me although I do like to keep certain playlists in the top slots of the list and this issue prevents me from doing that. Thanks.
