There seems to be a default cap on the number of playlists displayed when right-clicking a song on PC to add to a playlist. In other words, I can't add songs to the playlists I want, because they are not displayed through right-clicking a song. I can't drag songs either to particular playlists. So I'm screwed, my Spotify has just become useless.
Hello,
I have the same problem and same feeling: without those features my Spotify life on PC is just hopeless 😞
Actually I just now realised that I can still drag songs to certain particular playlists but not to most of them. Why?
==> Just check my screenshot...
Please solve this, spotify! 🙂
This just started happening to me too, but on Mac OSX desktop version. Can still drag tracks into a playlist, but 'add to playlist' in the ... menu next to a track has a stripped down list of playlists with half of them missing.
This is TERRIBLE and over the past few weeks has become unbearable. PLEASE SPOTIFY do something about that.
Spotify... Any comment???
There's two work-arounds.
1) Use the mobile app
2) Use the web app
Both work for me just fine... apart from being far less convenient.
Fun fact... after adding one track via the web app and with the web app still running in my browser, I can move all songs to wherever I want
This exact scenario just started happening to me too! NOT cool. Super frustrating. Please fix.
what works for me is clicking on the misbehaving playlist in the sidebar. as soon as i've "visited" it, it remains fully accessible throughout the session.
I found the exact same way to deal with that issue!
But, come on, that is just tedious, PAINFUL.
==> The whole point is for all that to be PRACTICAL !
Spotify, could you please do something about this??
