Can a Host pause/play for everyone in a Listening Party

My Question or Issue

If a host starts a Listening Party in Discord, is there any way for the "host" to be able to Pause/Play music for all listeners? I know everyone involved has the ability to start/pause etc, but for what we're looking to do we would need the Host to have control and be able to pause and play for everyone
