Can my friend in my private collaborative playlist as a collaborator see that playlist on their library as you can see on the screenshot?

Sorry for the late reply, I just stumbled upon your post.

Yep, when someone accepts the invite and joins a collaborative playlist, it's automatically saved in their library. The playlist being private means that only the people whom you've shared it with will have access to it.
