Can't change downloads folder in Spotify new UI

My Question or Issue

The previous version let me change the path to my HDD, now that I can't find the setting in the new UI, by default it goes the SSD, which would greatly decrease the life expectancy since I am always downloading and deleting new stuff. Is there a way to change it like it used to be? The setting is no longer in ADVANCED SETTINGS like it used to be and like it says in this support page
