Can't dismiss annoying pop-up banners

I'm using the desktop client on windows 10, and every now then there is a pop-up banner that reminds me that sound feature is available in settings. It would be helpful for new users, but the problem is I can't dismiss it. Clicking on the X does nothing. There's also no option to turn these annoying banners off in settings. 

Anyone knows of a way around this, or how I can submit a bug report?

Sounds like an annoying problem to have, but an easy one to ignore. If you cannot do that, I would probably try click settings and see if that helps?

If it does not, you can try reinstalling the app.
