Can't edit playlists/playlists don't update on desktpop

My family uses two accounts on Spotify (free version) on the computer. One in the desktop app, the other in the desktop website. When we access the playlists on another account, everything is fine. However, if I log in with my account (the one I use on the Website) to the app, the playlists aren't updated (songs, descriptions, etc.) and I can't move songs around or edit them. I tried reinstalling Spotify, but nothing changed.
