none of the options in FAQ help me with my issue at all, there is no option to find offline devices on my profile, nd no option on the app to turn off offline mode in my file settings.

Hey @ , 

 

When reinstalling the app, have you made sure that there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again?
