Can't import iTunes playlists

Hello! I am trying to import my iTunes playlists into Spotify, but it's not working.

I have made sure Spotify and iTunes versions are both up to date, and "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications" it ticked in iTunes, but when I go into Spotify and do import playlists->iTunes absolutely nothing happens. I don't get a pinwheel or error message, Spotify keeps working fine, it just doesn't import anything!

I have seen a workaround in this forum whereby people change the name of their iTunes library xml files, but it doesn't work for me, so I guess that workaround is just for macs. I am using windows 10.

Would be grateful for any suggestions, as I've got a lot of playlists on iTunes that would take FOREVER to duplicate manually!
