Can't log in on desktop

So my Spotify was playing up so I logged out and when I went to log in it won't let me. I put in my username and password and the screen just kinda freezes as if it's loading, but I've left it for an hour and it still won't log in. I can't find anyone else with his issue so I'm unsure on what to do, any help???

To make sure you have the correct log in details, try logging in here. 

In case you can't log in, make sure your username doesn't have capital letters, and the password is correct. You can also try resetting the password here to see if it helps.

Make sure that you entered in the correct username and password. If that doesn't work, try resetting your password or update the application.
