Can't play Spotify seems connected but it is not connected ?

I do not know how to explain this I am a premium user and I only having this issue in my desktop pc. As I said I am logining in and I am able to play same musics from topic like chill pop etc. but they never get refreshed and also I can not play musics I find in search also when I press the radio it gives an error. Well I am connected to the internet there is no question about it but what is the problem ?

I've been having the same problem recently.

Windowns program starts playing music for 3/4 secs and then just stops, returning a "Can't play the current song". Any song, on any playlist...
