Can't play any song and every playlist is empty

My Question or Issue

Hello,

As I said above, I can only play songs which are already on my computer. Also every playlist, not only made by me, is completely empty for me. I tried using Spotify on multiple devices but only have this problem here on my Windows 10. Can anyone here help me with that? (So far I've already tried to reinstall Spotify and also disabled hardware accerelaration)
