Can't play any song on my laptop

My Question or Issue

When I am running spotify on my laptop I cannot listen to any song. I have tried closing and opening the app countless times, as well as deleting the local user files. I have turned off hardware acceleration in hopes that would help, however it was no hope.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
