Can't play music on my pc and my playlists are al empty

My Question or Issue

I can listen to my music normaly on my android phone but i can't in my computer, when i go to one of my playlists all of them appear empty (on my phone is normal), if im playing something on my phone and my PC apear on my devices and i switch still nothing plays on my PC, on the pic you can se that is playing from my phone, if i switch to the PC the cover stays but the time goes to 0:00 and nothing is playing, also in the pic you can se that one of my playlist that is empty, any help will be much apreciated.

That doesn't look cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app to see if that fixes this? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
