Can't "See what your friends are playing"

My Question or Issue

I used to be able to see friends' activity having followed them via the Facebook link, but can't see any live info now (see attached photo).  I've tried unfollowing and then following again, but no luck.  Also uninstalled Spotify and reinstalled it, but it made no difference.  Please advise on how I can get this sorted.  Thanks
