Can't see my custom playlist art :(

My Question or Issue

For some reason my playlist art won't update whenever I upload it. I have restarted my spotify, reinstalled spotify and have tried several different image sizes. I attatched one of the images i'm using as playlist art. You'll notice that it is within recommended dimensions and the size of the file is smaller than megabytes. So I don't get why it won't load. Any way I can fix this?

First off, could you tell us if this is happening with all playlists? Have you tried changing the album art on a different playlist? If not, could you try and let us know how it goes?

In the meantime, would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here? This can solve many common problems that our users experience.

If that doesn't work, could you provide us with your Spotify app version? You can find this in the three-dots menu (top-left corner) > Help > About Spotify
