Can't submit an idea on Spotify Community

My Question or Issue
When trying to post a suggestion, I get blocked because my content "was last auto-saved at xx.xx PM", the represented time being completely out of place. When trying to post it once more, I get blocked for "post flooding" while none of my attempts actually got posted on the website. (I copy/pasted the text).
