Can't unfollow playlist

My Question or Issue

I can't unfollow a playlist. I've tried it on my iphone, my WIn 7 desktop, and I can't unfollow it. I've logged out and back in, and it doesn't work. Thoughts?

EDIT - I'll also add that this one playlist I can't unfollow seems corrupt. When I click on the playlist, no songs ever appear to play.
