Cannot see songs in my playlists

My Question or Issue

I cannot see songs in any playlists on the windows app be it to be Today's top hits or RapCaviar, etc. However, I can see them when I am using a web player. I tried re-installing the app. Also, I cannot see my friends whom I am following. Nothing works. Kindly Help.
