Cant find a fix for the volume fluctuations

I can't seem to find a solution to fix the Spotify volume fluctuations on my Windows 10 machine.

I've tried turning Beats Audio on and off, turning hardware acceleration on and off, turned "same volume level for all songs" on and off. I've tried reinstalling my audio driver. I've set the call volume setting to "Do nothing". I have turned off my equalizer settings. I cannot disable enhancements as there is no such setting on my device.

I've factory reset my desktop and reinstalled Spotif and have still had this problem.

Nothing seems to fix it. 

Incredibly annoying that an application designed to play music can't seem to maintain a contant volume (without having to find a workaround). 

If anyone knows any way to fix this I would be extremely thankful.
