Collaborate Playlists Follower following without a link

My Issue

I have a Collaborate Playlist with two friends, but someone else followed the playlist without receiving a link. Furthermore you cant see the playlist on any of our profiles.

My Friends tell me that they sometimes can see in the Friends feed that I´m listening to the playlist even though its a Collaborate Playlist and it should be private. So I think that one of my Followers followed through the Feed by clicking on the playlist.

The problem is that he can edit the playlist, because he is a Follower.

Can I somehow delete Followers of the Playlist or can I somehow contact the spotify support? Moreover can the problem, that my Followers can see my private Collaborate Playlist in their Friend Feed, be fixed?

thanks for posting !

That sounds very odd.

What i suggest is copying the whole list to a new playlist under the same name and resending the invites to the relevant friends.

An easy way to do that would be using a PC and tapping the Ctrl+A (mark all) then Ctrl+C (copy all) and Ctrl+V (paste all) to the new playlist.

thank you for your quick answer. I thougt to do that too, but the Playlist is like 2 years old now and has a emotional value 😄 Thats why I wanted to check first, if there is a other way to solve that problem .

The problem is, I still wanted to see who inserted what, but if there is no way to fix it, then I will make a new playlist. Thanks for yur help 🙂
