Computer and iPhone like not "connected" with same account / no scrobbling on last.fm

Usually, when logged in with the same account, my iPhone and my computer show the same songs. E.g. when I listen to music on the computer and then start the iPhone app it shows the same song.

Now I have the problem that they are not "connected", so I can listen to different music on the computer and on my phone at the same time. I can also not see them on Spotify connect...

I wouldn't care about it, if scrobbling with last.fm worked... With my phone it's no problem, everything is scrobbled, but on my computer it only shows like half of the scrobbles and I don't know why. I have the newest versions, logged in and out and in and out... Deleted the app, downloaded again... 😞

Can somebody please help?
