i cant connect spotfy actually i cant listen music 

firstly i closed firewall

then reinstalled app

what should i do i cant connect there is screenshot in there look at and pls solve my problem guyys

Please try out the steps in this article (the hosts file method specifically), it could be that there are lines in hosts that block Spotify from working properly.
